So a busy weekend of music ahead but a sad day personally today which has got me thinking about making the most of people in life if you dont already.. also that sometimes facebook seems to be full of negatives and self promotion only (of which the latter i am guilty of for business reasons) and so i am going to be taking 2 minutes out of my day, each day to add a post to appreciate and promote someone else on my music site... there is no set order or favourites, no pre-requisites/ level of ability and no "kissing up"... just a simple and genuine "Pay it forward" approach to hopefully help someone else each day while i endeavour to improve my own music business.... so starting today and continuing daily with somewhat of an unsung hero of the music scene both locally and nationally, is a guy whom alot of us owe gigs/ venues/ even careers to, his passion for not only the music but also the performers is incredible and unyielding and i myself have used his amazing gig guide almost daily to create my own database of clients and more venues would be closing than we already have i think if not for his passion to fill dates and secure bookings.
